Inside the seal is a removable cotton pillow filled with organic spelt chaff that heats itself as children love and hold the seal and can also be warmed in the oven. (Note: this warming pillow is not suitable for the microwave.) The filling of this sweet seal is organic pure cotton. Not suitable for premature babies and children under 2 months.
