Rocker boards are often used in Waldorf early childhood classrooms for their developmental benefits and their great open-ended play value. One rocker board can be played with in so many creative and developmentally beneficial ways; as a balancing board, a see-saw, a balance beam, a bridge, a slide, or even a rocking cradle. Children can bounce, kneel, or lie down on the board or even turn it into a pirate ship! A pair of Rocker Boards doubles the fun for two children!
