Large enough for small hands and strong enough to withstand rough and tumble play, these blocks will be a staple in your playroom from late infancy well through school-age. Your young children will begin by clutching and stacking a few blocks at a time and eventually master creating towers, patterns or even mosaics. The magic of this set comes down to the unit cube. The 1¾ inch cube is halved and quartered into rectangles and triangles or elongated into strips and panels. System 1.0 includes 46 blocks.
